Crime Seminar: Cell Site Analysis (22nd November 2013)

Seminar: Cell site Analysis Explained

43templerow are pleased to invite you to attend a FREE CPD event which we are hosting on behalf of Footprint Investigations.

Cell Site Analysis is used to locate the historical geographic locations at which a mobile phone has been used. This can be used by the prosecution to support the Crown case or by the defence counsel to refute an allegation or to corroborate an alibi. This courser will ensure that you are well informed with the latest advances, along with changes to how the Crown may now present Cell Site evidence, giving a clear understanding of how it can be used as part of your case, including cases where the prosecution have not relied on this type of evidence.
