Inderjit was educated at Tettenhall College, Wolverhampton and graduated in Law from Leicester going on to attend the College of Law at Chester to complete the Solicitor’s Final Examination. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in March 1985.
Whilst practising as a Solicitor he was an accredited member of the Law Society’s Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme with a busy Police Station and Court Duty Solicitor practice. In addition, he gained membership of the Law Society’s Personal Injury and Family Law Panels.
Inderjit specialises in all areas of Family Law especially Children Proceedings and he has been a continuous member of the Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation Scheme since its inception in or about 1996.
Inderjit has extensive experience in ancillary relief work and financial provision cases with a wide spectrum of matrimonial assets. He is happy to undertake both publicly funded and private cases.
More recently, he was authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority to exercise Higher Rights of Audience in 2009 and since that time has practiced as a Solicitor Advocate.
Inderjit was called to the Bar by The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn on 13th October 2016.
