43 Temple Row Chambers is delighted to welcome our new Pupil, Thomas Green.
Thomas was called to the Bar in 2009. Prior to commencing pupillage, for over five years Thomas worked for a number of well-established solicitors in Birmingham as a Paralegal and In-House Advocate. His main area of expertise was Family Law, including Relationship Breakdown, Divorce and Financial Settlement, Domestic Abuse, Child Arrangements and Care Proceedings.
Thomas also gained valuable experience in Civil Litigation, including areas such as Employment Law, Contractual Disputes and Personal Injury cases.
Thomas conducted much of his own advocacy and has represented people with learning difficulties and vulnerable adults as well have having brought claims against Local Authorities and NHS trusts in the Employment Tribunal.
Thomas’ measured approach to advocacy, coupled with his meticulous case preparation and client care skills, has led to a seamless transition into Chambers. His experience means he is well prepared to meet the challenges of pupillage and beyond.
Thomas commenced pupillage in April 2016 and will be available to accept instructions from the 11th July 2016.
