Following the recent news that the US Government has been sharing data with the UK via social networking sites, Birmingham Law Centre’s Michael Bates had this to say on the subject.

Joseph Neville recently appeared in the Employment Appeal Tribunal on behalf of a Claimant seeking to challenge the decision of an Employment Judge to strike out part of her discrimination claim. This challenge was successful, and the case can be read here.
